He's detailed the debt agreement. Shares are dispersed to the escrow agent per quarter then sold over said quarter. Rinse and repeat. So I believe theoretically you'll see the OS bump each quarter (which we did at the beginning of this quarter and not grow therafter) and then float slowly increase over the quarter.

Find another pinknwith any such similar debt agreement. Instead in other pinks debtors mercilessly dump massive amounts of shares as soon as their disbursement hits.
