This is interesting. I just read that there is a distinct difference between Dual Listing and Cross Listing.

Now I have to wonder whether it is actually 5Barz India that is being listed in Canada?

But I guess in the end it's still the same Shares being traded, if I read the news release correctly;

"Once the company obtains dual listing on the TSX-V the company’s shares will trade on the TSX and on the OTC market simultaneously."
