The entire Gifa is merged here NOT a part of. Hold on like it is your dear life. The merger is complete.

And you know that how? The new name of the company in Nevada is "Gifa, Inc". Kiva's umbrella entity is called "Gifa Holding". So I don't think jumping to conclusions is warranted.

In addition, Kiva has suggested he is divesting or already has divested most of his current businesses:

The business at the time was sold and he left Pyla in ... and finally decided to retire but this post is about the man they call Yusuf Kisa and he has decided he is coming back.
