I am convinced we'd go up at least 10 cents instantly upon expansion news and that is conservative.

So the question remains, does he go through with the offering or cancel it ? With PPS climbing, it's nice to see

*** He knows what he's got and him not selling any since late June was the key for me to buy more recently
