IF and I say IF he doesn't cancel the Rights Offering, big news is a MUST to create needed demand and avoid only raising $650-700K.

Again, that amount of money does nothing and will kill momentum being built each day.

Float is in MUCH stronger hands and it's not real high to begin with folks. Millions of restricted shares

SGI is close to being done as well. Wouldn't be surprised if Joey is making AND receiving calls ;)
