I have to agree with the Texan and the Fisherman. There is a certain level of responsibility placed on the CEO. Keeping the people who are providing cash injections into your company informed of the earnings and potential growth of the company should be pretty high on his list. If this kind of flighty behavior is the norm for John, then he should consider himself very lucky that he has retained any shareholders. Let alone, shareholders who encourage friends and family to buy.

A year is plenty of time to update a website. Most people can build one in a couple hours for free. There simply is not a valid enough excuse for the incredible lack of communication from this company. I will hold out for a couple more months, but if there is no communication good bad or indifferent, tgen I will be forced to sell and invest in a company who allows me the privilege of knowing what my money is being used for.
