I wuzn't going that far into strategy. Just commenting that if one is investing for the long haul, the only sensible strategy for an individual would be to buy as many shares as cheaply as you can get them. (ECO 101, I'm sure it's in there somewhere for folks who have trouble with slap-the-forehead obvious.)

Fundamentals will take care of the SP and regs will take care of manipulators as the stock moves into more strictly regulated OTC categories or onto an exchange.

Short haul traders/MMs obviously do need to watch the Bid/Ask spread.
