That's not possible if they file the F-1 in the coming weeks, IMO.

Most people couldn't care less about SIAF, nor who's running it. But the F-1 will make SIAF a special case stock and people will gladly take the $4 bonus. Traders, millionaires, even hedge funds will come out of the woodwork all of a sudden.

Anyone who thinks he can sell the stock now and buy it back in February for roughly the same price is thoroughly mistaken. We should be trading close to $5 by then.
