A/S = Authorized Shares or the total number of shares a company has to issue

O/S = Outstanding Shares or the number of shares actually held by investors

In short, the A/S of DKAM is excellent for a trips stock. Many have 30 Billion or more. If the O/S was to ever equal the A/S. The market would be totally in investors hands. I don't sweat this small A/S at all. And because the company is not current with the State. It can not increase the A/S or reverse split the stock. In short, we're good. Let it ride.
