Not here to point fingers, focusing on what needs to be done going forward. Great product line, great science just needs awareness. Hartman is old school but I think he's starting to realize his plan has not worked and is willing to make changes. Like I mentioned earlier the new formula for the spray is based on our conversations. He initially said no but eventually made the change which was the right decision.
