They will screw up the buyback/dividend plan by announcing a dumbass $20M stock repurchase program that everyone knows only serves to manipulate the stock. The cash dividend plan will be vague and come from TRW which of course won't happen any time soon.

Brings us to the $100M loan. They screwed it up twice already and nobody will trust them. We need a plan and they have to convince us that we can grow fast. So they are destined to fail here as well.

Leaves the F-1 filing if it's not delayed by another 2 months. This one could get us a few big buyers which is why I say we will end the year close to $3.

Simply put, they do not listen.
