If this 15,000,000 (sell at ask 004) is from one owner then said owner is very close to being a 10% beneficial owner and cannot sell that many shares...can only sell 1% of the OS (1.5 million if OS is 150 million) every 3 months, lol...more fraud, it appears...whew, ya gotta take a long soapy shower after being around this stench for a few minutes, lol...no wonder they call him (CEO) pbody....phew...

10% beneficial owner spoofing?

SEC Charges Firm and Owner With Manipulative Trading
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
2015-236
Washington D.C., Oct. 8, 2015—
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a New York-based proprietary trading firm and one of its co-founders with engaging in a manipulative trading strategy known as “spoofing.”

An SEC investigation found that Briargate Trading LLP and co-founder Eric Oscher orchestrated a scheme in which they placed sham orders — spoofsto create the false appearance of interest in stocks and manipulate their prices. After entering spoof orders, Oscher placed bona fide orders on the opposite side of the market for the same stocks and took advantage of the artificially inflated or depressed prices. Immediately after the bona fide orders were executed, Oscher canceled the spoof orders.

Briargate and Oscher agreed to pay more than $1 million to settle the SEC’s charges.
