Thanks, Papa! Not sure if you caught this but there were two additional motions carried forward, one to "allow the construction of an estimated 225,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development including indoor recreation, retail and office uses" and the other to "allow the construction of a 123,225 sq. ft. mini warehouse facility." Not sure of the status of either of these motions or if they are even remotely connected to IHSI - they were part of the same Town Board Meeting Minutes and I would expect, if approved for bid, would be available for Cresent to bid on. Just thought it was interesting to read, especially the size of both of these potential projects...
