Correct...anyone that has any experience with court and bk plays knows things sometimes take time to work out...but regardless of the wait to this point everything looks super solid. But again time tables..generally if a date is given on anything i go plus or minus a week and a half...with courts...there's sometimes no telling...but we were named directly in the court docs...meaning it's a legit shot.
