I think most shareholders here agree that the company has strong fundamentals, especially for a OTC Pink. Low OS, no toxic/convertible debt, consistent revenue & showing a profit several consecutive quarters. My personal opinion is that JNSH is a low risk, potentially high reward OTC stock. Low risk due to the previously mentioned fundamentals. Potentially high reward due the future CCGI settlement reward, huge sums of VW funds and federal grant money flowing into Chicago to improve EV infrastructure, etc.

However, company fundamentals and stock performance are not always aligned. A good CEO pays attention to BOTH. In my mind there is a lot more Brian could do on PR/awareness front to bring some additional attention on the company. And speaking of incentive, you bring up a good point. What incentive does Brian have to increase shareholder value? I’m actually beginning to wonder whether Brian’s interests are truly in line with shareholders? I don’t think he really cares all that much about the share price… and that is not a good trait for the CEO of public company.
