Nobody speaks of the Samsung settlement here. Samsung settled with Andrea in August and Apple hasn't, so why wouldn't Apple have settled too? I have to assume the settlement with Samsung may be substantial for Andrea, for Apple not to have settled to. My question is, why wouldn't Apple have settle too? I'm only guessing here but I think the Samsung deal may be very big for Andrea and includes recurring revenues. We'll see when Andrea releases Q3 financials.

This Apple case is an ITC case, which if I'm not mistaken can shut down Apple products from entering the U.S., so in effect Andrea could halt most, if not of Apple's products at customs. Not sure if this is the case, but if it is I would assume Andrea may have Apple by the apples.
