Really sad that management just does not get it. Maybe to much time spent on the 10K with guarantees and bonuses. Not only was the time spent on this with over half of the 10k but the other part ensuring these lab owners not only participated originally with no R/S protection but also protection in default and then given board positions. Absolutely no accountability at all and this is why independent people are required for any company with aspirations to a higher exchange. Come on WW WTF? Now these guys can convert at less than when we had one lab. This 1/100 was stupid in retrospect.
