THE problem is that KW basically controls the company:He is the Chairman of the board, CEO, Chief law council, and largest shareholder.He can be voted out, however most of the independent directors and chief people of PMCB with large holdings were appointed by him. As long he takes care of them and keeps the stock price where it is, he is safe.
