Company Background

Wellness Center USA, Inc. is engaged in healthcare and medical sectors. The Company's segments include distribution of targeted Ultra Violet (UV) phototherapy devices for dermatology; management of top-tier medical practices in the interventional and multi-modal pain management sector, and authentication and encryption products and services. The Company's Medical Devices is a developer, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of targeted ultra violet phototherapy devices for the treatment of skin diseases. As of September 30, 2016, it managed non-medical services in three clinics and two surgical centers in the Chicago-land area. The Company's authentication and encryption products and services offer product security technologies within the security and supply chain management vertical sectors. The Company's subsidiaries include Psoria-Shield Inc. (PSI), National Pain Centers, Inc. (NPC), StealthCo, Inc. (SCI), Psoria Development Company LLC (PDC).
