Limecom's going to become a fully owned sub of NXGH. I personally don't care what people believe/disbelieve. I've got NXGH on the radar for any sign of the definitive merger 8K being filed.

If the deal does close I already know it's going to be for real because as a QB play any such merger filing by law has to be peer reviewed by a registered PCAOB auditing firm...so I'm hanging around to see if the Limecom deal consummates or not and find it encouraging that yesterdays PR had lots of quotes from Limecom's CEO a full 5 months after negotiations for the deal began in May glty
