Great post. There is a misconception on the OTC that all dilution is bad. If the dilution is used to grow the business and increase revenues, it’s a good thing. There is a reason why these stocks trade for pennies.....typically it’s due to a lack of liquidity. Sometimes u HAVE to dilute to get to where you are going. The S/S here is still pristine.

I love where this company is headed.
