The only thing that is wasting borrowed money are these frivolous lawsuits.

No real work was done while Scott was in charge, no "consulting" was needed from Currah and his wife. Sad thing is they all still have millions of shares, and are only hurting themselves.

We have a real chance here, yet they chose to be petty, and drag things out. Management tried several times to work with Currah, but he is too greedy and arrogant, so now the only people who are making money are the lawyers.

Really sad, not only did they make money over the years by screwing shareholders over, when they have a chance to walk away, and keep their shares, or even Shining tree they won't.
