I honestly think that the deal with Fortress was and is a good one. Besides, what other option did they have ?
Imo, go bankrupt or deal with Fortress.

What worries me the most is the lack of revenues after contracts with BIG players were signed.
Once revenues start coming in significantly, Fortress will be the least of my worries.
