10k is 22 Days Late, IMHO, This will FLY once Management files the 10k demonstrating the results of the Transaction they PR'd in June....till then, trip 4's on the Bid....flip it or swing trade it....JMHO !

Management PAID Big Bucks and can't seem to get er done....DOH !!
