Sounds like SOUP going into chap 7 is to clear out all the remaining assets.

Once that is done then soupq is a true shell. At that point the reverse merger will begin.

If these shares were really worthless they would of went down to 0.001 but someone is still buying. 7m on the volume yesterday and only a small lose.
