Interesting thoughts and musings about possible mergers. One thing to keep in mind however, is that ZN was built on a vision and with the faith of John Brown and others who share in the mutual faith. So while I think it makes sense from a purely financial and tactical standpoint, I doubt that all of a sudden John Brown and others at ZN are going to switch gears and do a wholesale change to their ownership structure. Perhaps, if ZN kept a controlling interest in any such strategic alliance, and was able to keep the same faith based values in place it might work? Otherwise, I think the importance of the faith and blessing Israel aspect is lost on the investment community many times with regard to ZN. I know it's lost on those of no faith, and it even "tests" the patience of those of us who are believers. Just some thoughts to consider. Perhaps others who post here see an easier path to such alliances? If so, your insights as to why would be valuable.
