just my opinion

ct's claim only versus LBHI.
lbhi: there is no money left for ct's ... and also for OBS (ct's are higher ranking)

maybe the NOLs and reorganisation could help OBS and Ct's.
if they transfer the NOL's to the subs. in that event, there will be also no money left in LBHI.

i think OBS have equity in the SUBS. and i believe some subs are solvent.
i hope this extra money will flow to OBS and not to creditors.

only at the end (summer2018 hopefully) we will see.
