I'm having a hard time understanding your logic. You state Joey isn't a competent CEO capable of handling an expansion, but you knock him for bringing on Kaufman (operations) and Gay (finance) who are experts at it. Steinberg is an expert at growing a brand. Schroppel is an expert at sourcing and scale. Supposedly he has a real estate expert, Todd Star, oin speed dial. He has built a team that will help the company expand the right way, but you would rather he not hire any of them and just build another store and potentially make the same mistakes that have hampered growth already?
