4M in volume just isn't enough liquidity there for any shenanigans, but eod paints are never out of the question regardless.

Judging by those 4999 and 9999 trades, my understanding is these are retail buyers with an IRA account that certain firms cap purchases below 5k and 10k depending on type of account, but I'm sure you've heard of all the urban legend associated with these trades haha.
