I wrote my timeline with some optimism but I agree with your timeline more.

My opinion is - company will not be able to file BLA in late Q2- early Q3 2018 timeframe as Tony mentioned.
BLA will be filed in Q4-2018 or later - add 10 months to that for approval with normal PDUFA date

For this entire time - company will suck money - like $8 million per quarter which is new level of activity as per the call. So we are talking about some $40 million for next 5 quarters - so dilution by some 60 million shares from current level.

I think we will see some crazy r/s such as 1 share for 10

I am hoping for BO based on gVHD interim to come out of this mess
