Mr. France- Thank you for taking the time to write. By law, I cannot give you investing advice. I have to tell you that investing has risk and you should do your own due diligence before you invest. At the moment I can assure you that our company is very strong and in very good condition to benefit from the 2 big events that will happen in 2018. The first being California's Legalization of Recreational Cannabis and the second being Canada's Legalization of Recreational Cannabis. Acology is perfectly positioned to take advantage of both of these seminal events, as you have seen from our press releases this year. Addressing the 'drift' that concerns investors, yourself included, I would tell you that the entire industry is 'drifting' right now waiting for the events previously mentioned to happen. I will assure you that our company is strong. We have built this business from the inside-out and over the course of the past 5 years we have never issued a public statement or declaration that we haven't accomplished. I know how important this is to you and to all of the investors in the cannabis industry and we are aware of how important you are to us. The move to the QB, which is still in the works, will put Acology into a different orbit and invite another level of investor interest. There is no plan at this moment or in the near future to change the share structure. However, we reserve the right to use all of the tools available to us as a publicly traded company and will always do what is best for our company.
