I believe Fidler was already representing DOLV prior to the R/M. Or perhaps was recommended by RO. Either way, not someone JBZJMY sought out.

Show me an honest lawyer and I'll show you my flying pet pig. Bottom line, he is licensed to practice law. Is he a saint? No. He is being used for the specific task of capturing back the 54M fraudulant issued shares. From what I have seen, his legal experience makes him a good man for this job. Not overly concerned about some questionable activities from more than a decade ago. Neither is the state of New York, or he'd be debarred.

I expect JBZJMY to bring in their heavy hitting legal team as they prep for the uplist. Fidler will be out of the picture once this court case is closed IMO.
