If no ones selling, generally that would cause a spike in pricing. That's obviously not the case so it just sems the stocks rolling around till they present tangible results. That being said, selling dillution as a forecasted plans not going to get people to invest. Why invest when you know more dillutuons coming and you can just wait for another artificial bottom. What's the ridiculous share count he wants? Seems way over the top and not friendly friendly t existing or potential new investors.
