Ah, I see. That's a tough call. This is the way I am looking at it, which may be completely wrong:
I do not have enough money right now to take advantage of all the rights I will be entitled to. I will deal with that when the time comes. For the time being, I think I am buying at a good price compared to what I think this will be five years from now.
I do not believe Joey is a scam artist. I think he is trying to do the right thing. I think those that have faith in this when others are fearful will be richly rewarded. As an ex-stock guy, I have to believe Joey knows what he will do to existing shareholders if he gives away 250mm shares at a .01.....including him - remember he owns 26mm shares.
I do not think Joey is stupid, nor do I think every decision he's made has been in the best interest of shareholders - but he's getting better. He has surrounded himself with people who know how to get things done: Gay, Kaufmann and Steinberg in particular.
I say all this as someone with no wife and no kids. I can risk it all. You gotta do what is right for you, knowing full well that most penny stocks are losers.
