yes, several people here claimed that chinese billionaire is dequn wang, who is not a billionaire. i was just clarifying that for those who thought they were the same persons. the rest of the story is still what it is...convoluted, with finra still not issuing a new ticker, now 6 months out from initial application. headed back to my seat to watch this drama play out. still awaiting the infamous new dolv ticker...lol
