Perhaps a bit of research into this issue might be useful?

What illegal product?

It's always amazing to see anyone take penny stock scamsters word as gospel, without doing any research at all.

The reality, the LEGAL reality, is quite clear. This is from the Brookings Institution - not exactly a source concerned in any way with the scum who run and promote penny stocks. They have no axe to grind, and a stellar reputation.

DEA guidance is clear: Cannabidiol is illegal and always has been

In its December regulatory action, DEA reiterated that CBD is considered an illegal substance—just like other marijuana products. Formally, the action finalized a rule proposed in 2011 to establish a distinct entry for marijuana extracts (like CBD) in the federal schedules of controlled substances, separate from marijuana itself.

That's why it's really not a very good idea to base one's investment decisions on PR from penny stock scum. I suggest you look at more reliable sources for information, that way, everyone can see the truth. It can be a very expensive lesson to learn, I hope I have been helpful!
