I'm still surprised the price is as low as it is. The DD is pretty clear, only a matter of time before RMRK really begins to roll. I can see a readjustment of the PPS upward as more become aware of the potential here, even before any news is released. Getting current is just on the horizon though, and a PR could be released anytime thereafter.

I think all those on the sidelines are realizing that they are going to start to lose some opportunity by waiting much longer.
