This may shed some light. I received this email today, within one hour of inquiring with Robert Clark:

“Productions are being held up by our bottle labels being printed by the label company, but they should be completed in the next couple of days so that productions can begin. We will update our customers and shareholders once we have a firm date and we'll open up pre-orders at that time as well.”
