Remember how positive and informative this forum was just a few months ago?

I had such elevated hopes for this company.

Management no longer fields shareholder concerns. Nothing of substance is being posted on Twitter.

Nobody has any ideas how this company is going to continue making its payments towards the Cresent Construction acquisition.

The AS increase, imo, is only there for one reason and one reason only. And that reason is to fulfill existing convertible debenture note obligations. The big kabash will be the dreaded REVERSE Split, which of course the company stated would not occur. Shareholders know better however. I mean, let's be quite realistic. At a zero bid, the company's existing note holders will not be able to monetize and any future note holders will need a bid to hit in order to monetize, so a reverse stock split is unfortunately the only way to establish a higher bid. This company's management team is obviously not playing with a full deck if they feel that a reverse stock split will not be substantially detrimental to its current shareholder base.

They need to seek alternate methods of financing and that is what we were all hoping Tom Allinger was going to accomplish. But at this stage, its anyones guess.

I remain bullish on the actual company itself being successful but as far as the present share structure and what my gut is telling me is about to happen, i need a family sized pack of Rolaids.

IHSI had everything going for it. Management was in touch with shareholders and they spent tens of thousands of dollars on getting OTC pink current information, seemingly had all the money they needed to fully fund Crescent construction acquisition and other endeavors and then with the seeming snap of a finger, completely dropped the ball with communicating with shareholders, we lost the funding we needed to purchase Cresent Construction, are in some type of default judgment lawsuit which we probably will never receive a penny on, and are in the testing phase of a technology that has yet to be embraced. While all of these things could turn around at any moment and the stock could take off, I'm hard-pressed to think that's management game plan. I do remain cautiously optimistic but will not be investing another cent of my hard-earned money here
