Misunderstanding here. I was referring to the fact that application, approval or rejection lie in the hands of the manufacturer and the FDA. Partnering companies have no influence on these matters, but they will be notified of results.
In the event of a CLR, shareholders will likely be noticed. When approved or rejected, shareholders have to be notified.
