There weren't natural disasters the first half of the year.. now Hurricane season has picked up and it's moving. There making sales to PR now and they are going to make more. The Middle East is in play. And US Army bid!! there 's a lot of opportunity here in a new field. Most companies have leeway with the Authorized shares in case they get into jam.. Almost every company out here on the OTC.
Has More shares in float, more shares authorized.. and more O/S than $WTII There's a company comparable to WTII not as much upside no grow containers.. etc.. has like 4 billion o/s and more coming trade range between .0002 .0003 . $WTII is cheap.
