No what follows is if there is oil there and if those partners and ERHC couldn't find it with 6 wells drilled it was because they are all incompetent.

The problem is ERHC likely will never have another chance to drill another well anywhere because they will go belly up first.

And nobody wants any of the acreage in the JDZ, the EEZ or Kenya. They've been trying to farm out the EEZ for a decade and the JDZ for 6 years. And they tried to farm out more of Kenya too and they failed every single time.
