WRONG!!!
There is a window of time, JACK, that a company has to report these kinds of transactions, provided that they are careful not to let that info leak favorably to one group of people over another!!
So like I said in the last post, ...
IF there has been a signed deal, I'm sure we'll know about it in due time!

WRONG, JACK!!!
The only thing that can be assumed is that those units already shipped were shipped in good faith that a contract would be done in the future increasing the number to 13,500! When or if said contract is consummated, we will find out according to the explanation given above!

You would think WRONG, JACK!!!,
on two counts:
1. Andy has said at least twice and probably 3 or 4 times, on the record that he has not factored in to his projections for this year, anything to do with the prospects in China!
2. If a bunch of investors bought PLUG based on a non deal with China, and subsequently sold millions of shares over the past week because they didn't get news of a China deal, ... well ... then they are dolts indeed!!
But that is obviously not the reason for the pullback in the pps!
I believe it is profit taking because after all we haven't been at 3.05 in a while!
And also I believe shorts are trying one more time to limit their losses. We'll see about that perhaps when the next short report comes out! If I'm right, it will probably be slightly higher. Perhaps around 15% or so

A China deal of 13,500 or 12,000 would just be a nice "little" bonus feather in his cap!
