At absolute minimum according to todays PR they have to put out a follow up 8K filing on October 28th ok! However the wording throughout PR doesn't necessarily mean that the Definitive Agreement official acquisition closing of Limecom has to arrive by October 28th. But with that said there's no wiggle room from the language used in todays PR that by the 28th the funding to satisfy the lock out agreement 8K filing last week has to be in place...and 1 would imagine if that filing arrives on the 28th then the Limecom acquisition should closely follow or fall on that same date!

NXGH being a QB stock means none of these Press Releases of 8K filings they're putting out can be bogus as fully registered PCAOB auditors always have to review anything QB companies want to put out k!

So there could certainly be some fireworks here soon!
