Excuse me, but- huh???

First: there have been no SEC or OTCMarkets filings. All that has been done is the state corporation renewal.

Second: are you claiming that keeping up the state registration magically immunizes Gene from lawsuits? Did you get this theory from a lawyer?

This sure looks like fraud.
