He did need to raise $650k to buy out the EV network contract also he needed to pay the contractors that 350green never paid and he needed $700k for lawyer fees so i doubt he had that much extra cash to spring for all of that. The dilution bought him a multimillion dollar ev network and 3 lawsuit wins as being a defendant. Not to bad. So in the end the dilution will actually make us money. Brian never planned on buying the ev network or getting into the lawsuit but it happened and now JNS power will be a powerhouse in Chicago. No complaints from me but i understand those who were around while the lawsuit was going down. It did make for temporary hard times. But i know the smart ones averaged down.
