U.S. Gold Corp. (NASDAQ: USAU), a Nevada corporation, today announced that it has priced a firm commitment underwritten public offering of 1,388,889 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $1.80 per share. Gross proceeds, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering costs, are expected to be approximately $2.5 million.
