he was not referring to any "counter suit"

he was referring to the frivolous lawsuit filed by CETX against the Seeking Alpha blogger, that was DISMISSED by the courts




Actually that was the lawsuit I was referencing. After I read his link, I realized he was referring to the counter suit.
