They want to add vessels and such and instead of using convertible debt to fund their growth w 3rd parties, he's protecting himself by funding it himself.

Converting shares for himself when he already owns 85% of the OS wouldn't be very beneficial to him.

But diluting it to 3rd party could hurt him so that's why it's like that.

They been making their convertible debt payments w cash usually too. So no worries here
