I find with TDA that you might have to act angry about something (with cause) and they'll try to mollify you.

For example: when they run promotions to give new customers free trades, say, I might occasionally call them and complain that they should reward good customers not new ones and show some loyalty. They'll often, then, give some free trades to match the promotion, as well they should.
